Raspberry Dark Chocolate Bark is poured in thin sheets onto marble, scattered while still warm so the toppings set into the chocolate rather than sitting on top, then snapped by hand. No two pieces are the same shape.
Because it is snapped and not cut, weights are approximate to the piece. Keeps three months in a cool cupboard.
