Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our packing room within one business day. Standard delivery is typically two to five business days depending on where in the country you are.
What does shipping cost?
A flat $6.95 anywhere in the United States, and free on orders over $75. We do not currently ship internationally.
How should I store it?
Somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sun – around 15 to 18 degrees Celsius is ideal. Please do not refrigerate chocolate; it draws moisture and dulls the finish.
How long does it keep?
Truffles are best within three weeks. Caramels, toffee, bark and biscuits keep comfortably for three months. Every box carries a best-before date on the base.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Everything ships gift-ready in a ribboned box with no prices anywhere on the packaging or the packing note.
Do you take corporate orders?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. The three-tier tower and the executive hamper are built for it. Contact us for orders above twenty units.
Allergens
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles milk, soy, wheat and tree nuts including almonds, hazelnuts, pecans and pistachios. We cannot guarantee any item is free from traces of these. Full ingredient lists are printed on every box.
