Shipping & returns
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, to all fifty states. We do not currently deliver internationally or to freight-forwarding addresses.
Cost and timing
Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 per order, and free on orders over $75. Orders are packed and dispatched within one business day. Delivery is typically two to five business days after dispatch. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are packed the next business day.
Warm weather
Chocolate and heat do not mix. In summer we pack heat-sensitive orders with an insulated liner at no extra cost, and we may hold an order over a weekend rather than let it sit in a depot. If we do that, we will email you first.
Returns
Unopened and unused goods can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our error. To start a return, email us with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Because confectionery is perishable and consumed, we cannot accept returns on opened boxes. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within seven days with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it in full. You will not be asked to return a damaged perishable item.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.
