These terms
By placing an order with Sav Online you agree to these terms. We may update them, and the version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in United States dollars and include no sales tax unless shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch; if we do, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund. An order is accepted when we dispatch it, not when it is placed.
Availability
Because we make in small batches, an item can sell out between your order and our packing it. If that happens we will offer a substitution of equal or greater value, or a full refund.
Age and use
Our products are food, sold for ordinary consumption. They are not supplements, not medicines, and make no health claim of any kind.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store card details on our own systems.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
