What we collect
When you place an order we collect the name, email address, delivery address and telephone number you give us, together with the contents and value of your order. Our payment processor collects your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number.
Why we hold it
To take payment, pack and deliver your order, handle returns, and keep the accounting records the law requires us to keep. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it except with the carriers and payment processor that are needed to complete your order.
Marketing
We only send marketing email if you have asked for it, and every message carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Cookies
We use the cookies WooCommerce needs to keep your basket and your session working. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, which is what tax law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@savonline.store and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and payment is handled by our processor’s hosted fields. Access to order data is limited to the people who pack and support orders.
