Espresso Truffle Box, 12 pc is hand-rolled in small batches and finished the same week it ships. A thin, properly tempered shell gives the snap; underneath is a soft ganache made with fresh cream and no vegetable fat.
Presented in a rigid box with the pieces seated in dark paper cups and a ribbon tied by hand. Best eaten within three weeks, which is why we make to order rather than hold stock through a season.
